Harnessing the tides with fibers of resilience.

The marine industry uses advanced technical fibers like aramid to conquer the uncertainties of the ocean. These high in strength, cut and corrosion resistant material is used to reinforce ropes, hulls and ships.

  • Ropes & Mooring Lines : Ropes made from technical yarns possess high strength to weight ratio, making them easier to handle on ships and offshore rigs. Besides this, they resist saltwater corrosion, ensuring long service life.
  • Sailboats : High performance sailboats use technical fabrics for tear resistance and dimensional stability under strong winds.
  • Hull and Deck Reinforcements : Technical composites strengthen boat hulls, decks, and panels, improving impact resistance against waves, collisions, or debris. 
  • Fishing Lines and Rods : Aramid yarns provide high tensile strength and durability against heavy loads.
  • Kayaks and Canoes : Composite hulls are reinforced with technical yarns for lightweight strength.
